Welcome to a beautiful Bed & Breakfast!

Visit a Country Bed & Breakfast complete with spacious rooms, private baths, and beautiful gardens. Over the past 12 years, The Frederick-Talbott Inn has offered quality service, exceptional food, and convenience for travelers in Indiana.

From the moment you drive up the winding lane you will feel that you have stepped back in time to a quieter, more tranquil era. The large colonial brick manor stands overlooking the William Conner property and the White River. The Inn is located on a quiet estate that is convenient to Indianapolis attractions including shopping, sports and art. Many of the Inn's refurbished decorations came from neighboring businesses such as the 18 foot dining table which was formerly in an executive board room, and the large wooden locker from Union Station, the train station in Indianapolis. Your entry through the French doors will lead you to one of 10 beautifully restored rooms complete with 10 foot ceilings, and all the luxuries of home.

Antiques, oriental rugs, and elegant furnishings make an overnight stay at the Frederick-Talbott a memorable one. Each room offers spacious bathrooms, fine mattresses, Cable TV, and some offer Jacuzzis and a fireplace. The formal dining room seats 20 comfortably. A second dining area on the sun porch is a cheerful place to start your day.

A significant component of a fine B&B establishment is the breakfast. The Frederick-Talbott Inn offers a variety of French toast entrees, homemade pastries and desserts, and savory dishes that invite a return visit!

We offer business travelers a "home away from home" that is available for long or short term duration. Our focus is to make your visit as much like home as possible (without all the chores).

The Frederick-Talbott Inn is located just a few miles from Indianapolis, and is convenient to Noblesville, Fishers, Anderson, and surrounding cities. Interests include a train ride on the Hamiltonian that escorts visitors to one of the nearby gourmet restaurants. During August the train makes nightly trips downtown to the great Indiana State Fair.

Noblesville, Carmel and Indianapolis abound in fine restaurants, great golf courses, art districts, as well as a variety of sports and antiques. Indianapolis is home to the NCAA, The Indiana Transportation Museum, great racing, and the Indianapolis Colts.

The Frederick-Talbott Inn is poised on a tranquil 2-acre estate with country gardens, horse shoe pits, and a spacious wide veranda which overlooks the prairie. Summer evenings are especially delightful on the deck as the fireworks and summer concerts at Conner Prairie are spectacular!

We welcome you to the Frederick-Talbott Inn. Enjoy Hoosier Hospitality at its finest!
